The bathroom is a place where you want to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. The same layout was utilized, but with the exception of making the shower smaller to build a larger closet in the bedroom. The bathroom design involved many contemporary elements including a straight inlay tile design on the floor and quartz products that were used in the shower, tub, and vanity top. The space includes a drop in tub, glass enclosure, and heated Ditra Heat floor.

This Modern kingrenovations Bathroom is a common layout with vanity toilet and tub. It features clean lines and simple finishes. The wall hung vanity by Wet Style with an integrated sink adds warmth to the room with its warm wood tones. The shower and floor surfaces are polished porcelain and contrast to add division in the space. The addition of a sliding glass enclosure and thermostatic shower system add function to this bathroom.
The goal for this luxury bathroom project was to create a contemporary guest bathroom with elements of English Country design reflective of the rest of the home’s décor. The bathroom features a beautiful wall hung vanity with curved front doors and fluted side columns along with an oval marble countertop with under-mounted sculpted sink. It also features hand-painted doors of Phalaenopis Orchids in blue and white cache-pots, as an English Country design element. The Venetian wallpaper and complementing Fortuny-style hand-painted motifs on the ceiling add a textured element to the bathroom. A single-piece mosaic tiled floor with accompanying mosaic baseboard add elegance and complement the hand painted motifs, and wallpaper. The dual LED shower potlights highlight the shower, and bring symmetry on either side of the rain-head. This bathroom also has other typical elements of a luxury space: Heated Flooring, Sliding Glass Enclosure, and Upgraded Fixtures.
